Job Description

Uline’s Kenosha branch is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and strengthen the systems and team that support a growing operation. This role is onsite and focused on delivering consistent HR execution for a large, multi-location workforce, while partnering closely with hiring managers on recruiting and employee relations for 750+ warehouse, sales, facilities, and office employees.

What you’ll do

  • Lead HR operations for 750+ employees across warehouse, sales, facilities, and office functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to execute high-growth recruitment strategies.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective action.
  • Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent application.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including recruiting experience and prior people management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
