This Human Resources role provides direct leadership within the HR function, with opportunities to partner closely with senior HR leadership on planning and execution of HR-related processes and programs.
What you’ll do
- Directly supervise HR Generalist(s).
- Oversee the Human Resources function for assigned programs and organizations.
- Support the Sr. Director Human Resources & Payroll and the Chief Human Resources Officer by providing ongoing administrative support for the planning and execution of HR-related processes and programs.
What you bring
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization, or equivalent education and experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Valid driver’s license, with proof of automobile insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
- A desire to help others become the best they can while managing a healthy work/life balance.
