Job Description

FellowshipLife Inc is seeking a Human Resources Partner to help shape people strategy and deliver day-to-day HR execution for its team in Manchester Township, NJ (onsite). In this role, you will work closely with organizational leaders to support growth and culture while ensuring HR compliance across a range of employment and healthcare-related requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations, the Human Resources Partner will bring a full-spectrum HR approach spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, engagement, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned to organizational goals, growth, and culture
  • Use HR data and workforce analytics to guide decisions and support continuous improvement
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and an improved team member experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations, while promoting fair policy application and an inclusive, respectful, accountable culture
  • Maintain adherence to employment laws and healthcare regulations by managing audits, workplace safety, workers’ compensation, FMLA, unemployment claims, and required reporting including EEO-1 and OSHA
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership development support to managers
  • Support and reinforce a culture centered on respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-being

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience; healthcare, home care, or senior living experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of payroll system(s) to generate reports and run required queries
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion

Location

This position is based in Whiting, NJ and is onsite.

Compensation: USD 75,000 - 80,000 per year.

Minimum Experience: 5 years.
