Join the HR team to support recruiting and day-to-day employee experience for the Wellbuilt division in a hands-on, production-informed role.

Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring for open positions within the Wellbuilt division
Learn the production floor and understand the responsibilities, expectations, and requirements of each role
Partner with production managers and supervisors to understand staffing needs and candidate qualities they are seeking
Build a clear understanding of different roles to accurately communicate job expectations to applicants
Support hiring for new positions created by company growth and for roles opened due to employee turnover
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Spend time on the production floor to observe roles, understand the work environment, and develop relationships with employees and managers
Support employee relations by being approachable, responsive, and available to employees and managers when questions or concerns come up
Follow up with candidates, hiring managers, and new hires in a timely manner
Work alongside the HR Generalist to help complete onboarding activities, including benefit enrollment

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through consistently
Strong communicator comfortable engaging with candidates, employees, supervisors, and managers
People-oriented and approachable, with the ability to build trust and relationships at all levels
Observant and curious, with a willingness to learn how the production floor operates rather than recruiting only from a desk
Able to identify what makes someone a strong fit for specific roles and the work environment
Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying staffing needs before they become urgent
Persistent with candidate outreach and comfortable building and maintaining a recruiting pipeline
Team-focused mindset with interest in contributing to company growth and long-term success
Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment and spending time on the floor with people and processes
