Job Description

Loenbro's Westminster, Colorado office is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle by blending front desk duties with recruiting coordination and onboarding tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, this onsite role combines professional reception responsibilities with HR administration to help keep operations running smoothly. The position offers $25 to $28 per hour and requires at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main reception point, greeting visitors, employees, and candidates with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, routing them to the appropriate teams.
  • Organize visitor access, book meeting rooms, and coordinate office logistics.
  • Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
  • Support a range of office tasks, including mail distribution, supply inventory, and internal communications.
  • Assist the recruiting process by arranging candidate interviews and aligning calendars with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure recruiting data stays accurate in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Help recruiters with job postings, candidate outreach, and recruitment documentation.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through timely updates and respectful interactions.
  • Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and related hiring initiatives as needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documents, scheduling orientation, and sharing start day details.
  • Ensure completion of new hire paperwork and employment eligibility verification in line with compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, IT, and facilities to ensure new hires have needed equipment and system access.
  • Support onboarding presentations and orientation sessions for new team members.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team for various HR initiatives and programs.
  • Assist with maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support employee communications and respond to HR inquiries as needed.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities, trainings, and company events.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Notary public license is required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
