Job Description

Team JCK LLC invites you to join our Eugene, Oregon on site team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role centers on delivering an exceptional employee experience for more than 2,200 colleagues by serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers, supporting HR technology initiatives, and driving process improvements. The position emphasizes a collaborative culture built on leadership, kindness, service, teamwork, and a sense of fun. Responsibilities

  • Help employees and managers navigate People Operations questions and requests.
  • Serve as the first point of contact through phone, email, text, and ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate employee transactions, employment verifications, and personnel documentation.
  • Support HR technology initiatives including UKG, Document Manager, GOHAPPY, and future People Operations systems.
  • Assist with workflow improvements, documentation, testing, and training materials.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and support compliance activities.
  • Provide cross-functional support across Benefits, HRIS, Leave Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Safety & Compliance.
  • Help the department continue delivering exceptional service during vacations, special projects, and growth periods.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of administrative, customer service, HR, or payroll experience involving confidential information.
  • Experience working with HRIS or business systems is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
