Recruiter

Endeavor is hiring a Recruiter in Chicago, IL (onsite) to run technical recruiting searches end-to-end and ensure candidates have a respectful, informed experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead searches from initial outreach through signed offer.
• Manage sourcing and outreach for engineers, product people, and technical leaders.
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure each candidate, hired or not, leaves the process feeling respected and informed.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of recruiting experience; ideally with exposure to technical roles (agency or in-house experience both count).
• Empathy for candidates.
• Strong sourcing fundamentals and a drive to continually improve.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace, including a preference for building process rather than waiting for it.
• Growth mindset.

Compensation

• USD 65,000 - 95,000 per year.
