Responsibilities
- Communicate accurately and promptly with hiring leads, recruiting consultants, and applicants to address issues and opportunities within the defined recruiting process.
- Enter all records and communications into the database and electronic files with precision.
- Conduct regular audits of records, processes, and data.
- Send AcuMax Index surveys and maintain AcuMax Index surveys.
- Interpret AcuMax Index surveys and position profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, travel, and lodging.
- Request and process reference checks and background checks.
- Post job openings and identify recruiter partnerships; engage in internal sourcing.
- Complete HRIS tasks accurately and manage onboarding orientations.
- Track sourcing and provide recruiting metrics to hiring leads during searches and at close of search.
- Audit and edit Recruiting and HR processes; create training documentation for Recruiting and HR functions.
- Train new team members on the online orientation and training sign-up system; maintain the system accordingly.
- Assist with preparation of correspondence for employee records as requested.
- Coach and lead efforts to incorporate Forensic Fluids Laboratories core values into all phases of the recruiting and hiring process.
- Assist with receipt, opening, sorting, logging in, and processing of samples.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Technologies you will use include AcuMax Index, HRIS, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communication, organizational management or development, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in a full cycle recruiting or HR coordinator role, with small business acumen.
- Above average working knowledge of HRIS and strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook calendaring and SharePoint.
- Two years of experience with FMLA, Workers Compensation, and Employment Verification.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and grammar skills.
