Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

KAYAK is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for an 8-month fixed-term contract (August 2026 through April 2027) to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer, supporting Product, Design, Commercial (Sales, Partnerships), Marketing, and Engineering roles, including backfills and incremental headcount
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to clarify team needs and create recruitment plans that align to hiring goals
• Act as a resource on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies, sharing insights to help teams make informed decisions
• Develop structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards; promote inclusive hiring and ensure consistent, equitable evaluation across interview panels
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for both near-term and future hiring needs
• Represent KAYAK throughout the process, providing a strong candidate experience at every stage
• Collaborate with TA teammates across time zones and help strengthen a team culture focused on trust, flexibility, and shared success

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful in-house or client-embedded exposure in a global or multi-site environment
• Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and how to run an equitable, structured hiring process
• Ability to manage your workload and adapt as priorities change; comfortable working independently with limited direction
• Clear, thoughtful communication with candidates and internal teams; comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams
• Comfort using data to track recruiting work, identify patterns, and improve processes over time

Location and Contract Details

• Location: Cambridge, MA (onsite)
• Schedule: Work from the Cambridge office 3 days per week
• Contract: 8-month fixed-term (August 2026 through April 2027)
• Compensation: USD 50 - 57 per hour
