Job Description

Guardian Tax is hiring a full-time Sr. Recruiter to support multiple open roles and keep the hiring process moving in a 100% in-office setting in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for multiple openings across a growing company
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct phone interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interview stages with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns
  • Track recruiting activity including interviews, offers, hires, and retention
  • Partner with HR and department managers to meet hiring goals
  • Develop creative ideas to attract top talent

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (required)
  • High energy and outgoing
  • Confident on the phone
  • Goal-driven, competitive, and motivated
  • Extremely organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Persistent follow-through without being pushy
  • Ability to identify strong candidates quickly
  • Comfort managing multiple open positions at once
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new recruiting platforms
  • Takes ownership and works without needing micromanagement
  • Major plus: experience recruiting for sales, call centers, tax, financial services, customer service, or other high-volume roles
