Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will own full life cycle recruiting across a portfolio of brands, as an individual contributor handling a 15-20 open roles at a time and partnering with hiring managers to shape role strategy and process from the outset.
Role Overview
This position focuses on end-to-end recruitment for multiple consumer-focused brands within a growing, multi-brand organization. You will collaborate with brand leaders to define role scope, market positioning, and interview design before a requisition is posted, while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience throughout all searches.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for 15-20 concurrent requisitions, including intake, sourcing, candidate experience, interviewing, offers, and closing.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and brand leaders, shaping job scope, leveling, market positioning, and interview process design before posting a req.
- Deliver high-touch candidate experiences, balancing competing stakeholder expectations with discretion and polish.
- Utilize market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting data (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, source effectiveness) to inform faster, smarter hiring decisions and keep updates and reporting current.
- Build and maintain a network of passive talent and industry relationships for hard-to-fill searches.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on offer strategy, leveling consistency, and internal equity for recruited roles.
- Lead stretch projects such as employer branding initiatives, DEI sourcing strategy, recruiting analytics, and panel interview design as scope grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including cross-functional or specialized roles.
- Proven track record as a strategic partner to hiring managers, not merely a requisition processor.
- Experience managing a high-touch requisition load (10+ concurrent roles) without compromising candidate experience.
- Strong ability to analyze recruiting and hiring data and translate metrics into leadership recommendations.
- Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, or a fast-paced, brand-driven environment preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Keynote).
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a growing, multi-brand organization.

Compensation
Salary range is USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Compensation is determined by the experience you bring to the role.
Location and Work Arrangement
This is an in-office hybrid role based in Irvine, California. The expectation is four in-office days per week with one remote day, with adjustments guided by company policy.
