As PT Services (Delaware) LLC, you will represent Playtech Live, where studios use hundreds of state-of-the-art cameras to broadcast in premium HD quality with fast streaming and high up-time. This role is based in Bensalem, PA and offers the chance to join an international team supporting recruiting efforts across the business.

How you’ll make an impact

In this Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will manage recruiting end-to-end, from sourcing through screening and interviews. You will also partner with other departments to align hiring efforts to team goals, and continuously refine recruiting strategies to improve outcomes.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including active sourcing through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet talent acquisition goals.
• Oversee the overall hiring process, including screening resumes from diverse sources.
• Schedule recruitment meetings and conduct interviews.
• Maintain and update internal recruitment systems.
• Advertise open positions through approved channels.
• Propose and implement innovative recruitment strategies and process improvements.

What you bring

• Excellent command of the English language.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using social media and other recruitment and business development techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
