Talent Acquisition Specialist

True Manufacturing Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across production roles at four area facilities. This position is office-based with regular, predictable on-site attendance, along with limited eligibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting activities to help maintain optimal staffing levels across all True Production facilities.
• Post open roles on external job boards.
• Use an Applicant Tracking System to review, manage, and disposition candidates.
• Schedule candidates and conduct telephone and on-site interviews.
• Engage with candidates during the interview process and prepare and present offers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates from application through onboarding.
• Process and maintain required paperwork to support compliance.
• Perform core responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Work closely with team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support timely decisions, problem-solving, innovation, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to respond to daily business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as required.
• Meet regularly in person with the manager to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Two or more years of related recruiting experience required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Exhibit positive and professional behavior.
• Light travel between local facilities as needed may be required.

Preferred Background

• Broad understanding of manufacturing preferred.

Location and Work Arrangement

O'Fallon, MO (hybrid). The role is office-based with regular, predictable on-site attendance and limited remote work eligibility.
