Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hands-on recruiting for its sales organization. This onsite role in Atlanta, GA focuses on building proactive pipelines for high-ticket sales hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers across the full recruiting lifecycle.
You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates from first outreach through interview stages, offers, and acceptance, while using performance data to improve recruiting decisions over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build proactive talent pipelines for closers, setters, sales leaders, and other revenue-generating roles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, databases, and creative outbound strategies.
- Create targeted sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain ongoing talent pools so new openings do not start from zero.
- Run recruiter screens to evaluate experience, communication, motivation, sales ability, and overall fit.
- Spot proven performers using evidence of performance rather than relying only on resume keyword matches.
- Assess candidates against scorecards and role-specific success profiles.
- Apply knowledge of sales metrics and performance indicators, including quotas, KPIs, close rates, lead flow, and revenue.
- Flag red visible concerns and determine whether to move candidates forward or remove them from the process.
- Develop deep familiarity with high-ticket sales roles and the traits of top setters, closers, sales directors, and sales leaders.
- Distinguish legitimate sales experience from resume fluff.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-performing sales professionals and keep a warm talent network.

- Own candidate communication throughout the process to keep candidates engaged, informed, and moving between stages.
- Represent Curvion Blue professionally and enthusiastically while delivering a candidate experience aligned to target talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and track pipeline stages in the ATS.
- Measure recruiting performance, including pipeline volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, source performance, and quality of hire.
- Coordinate interviews, skills assessments, roleplays, and other evaluation steps.
- Partner with hiring managers to continuously improve the recruiting process and recruiting efficiency by identifying bottlenecks.
- Support offer creation and candidate closing, including keeping strong candidates engaged through acceptance and start date.
- Collaborate with the team to identify early indicators of successful hires.
- Track quality of hire and use performance data to inform future recruiting decisions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably for revenue-generating roles.
- Ability to source candidates independently, not only rely on inbound applicants.
- Comfort conducting candidate screens and making recommendations to hiring managers.
- Strong ability to quickly validate whether a candidateβs experience matches what they claim.
- High comfort speaking directly with salespeople.
- Familiarity with performance-driven environments and comfort working with metrics.
- Capability to manage multiple open roles without losing track of details or candidates.
- Strong organization, responsiveness, and operational follow-through.
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing priority environment.

Schedule & Compensation
- Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM (specific to your time zone)
- Compensation Range: USD $50,000 - $80,000 per year
