Temporary Recruiter

Temporary Recruiter role supporting full-cycle hiring across multiple divisions at a technology organization in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all organization divisions, from Sales to Engineering
• Partner with division managers using a consultative approach to align sourcing and candidate experience to division standards

Requirements

• 3+ years managing full-cycle recruiting
• Proficiency with ATS platforms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Treats others with respect and compassion
• Self-motivated and strategic, with a proven track record of working independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision

Location and Schedule

• Hillsboro, OR (onsite)
• On-site four days per week
• One day from home

Assignment

• 6-month temporary assignment

Compensation

• $40-$42 per hour (DOE)
