Temporary Senior Recruiter

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Temporary Senior Recruiter to support its experienced-hire recruiting team in Houston, TX (onsite). In this role, you will work closely with hiring leaders to drive full life-cycle hiring, identify qualified talent, and maintain a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

This temporary position focuses on partnering across teams to ensure hiring needs are understood, candidates are assessed and recommended effectively, and key recruiting systems and job postings remain accurate throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and align on talent needs
• Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
• Screen and assess candidates, then present recommendations to hiring managers
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep the applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate
• Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
• Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to support a positive experience
• Collaborate with operations teams to support smooth candidate communication and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Three years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
• Experience with recruiting tools/ATS (examples include Workday) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
• Ability to attract and retain talent, with proven relationship-building skills and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required

Location and Compensation

• Location: Houston, TX (onsite)
• Compensation: USD 15 - 41 per hour
