Truck Driver Recruiter

One LLC is hiring independent CDL-A owner-operator recruiters for a remote, commission-based contract role.

Responsibilities

• Independently find and contact owner-operators interested in joining One LLC
• Generate your own leads using lawful recruiting channels such as social media, referrals, trucking groups, advertisements, and personal connections
• Discuss owner-operator opportunities, including compensation options, routes, and qualification requirements
• Collect and submit candidate information, including:
  • Owner-operator’s full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Truck registration documents
  • Number of drivers (solo or team)
  • Preferred routes and home-time schedule
• Refer qualified candidates to the hiring team for verification, onboarding, and approval

Requirements

• Must own or provide your own truck
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience for drivers
• No DUI history
• No disqualifying accidents or major traffic violations
• Must meet company safety, insurance, and qualification requirements
• Solo and team owner-operators welcome
• Your own phone
• Ability to communicate with owner-operators
• Ability to find and generate leads independently
• Basic understanding of trucking and owner-operator recruitment
• Motivation to earn based on results

Recruiter Commission

• $1,000 for each owner-operator with their own truck and one driver
• $1,750 for each team owner-operator with their own truck and two drivers
• Payment is issued after the recruited owner-operator completes 3 weeks of work with One LLC
• No commission cap (earn scales with successful placements)

Illustrative Earnings

• Recruit 1 Solo Owner-Operator per week: $1,000 per week = $4,000 in 4 weeks
• Recruit 3 Solo Owner-Operators per week: $3,000 per week = $12,000 in 4 weeks
• Recruit 5 Solo Owner-Operators per week: $5,000 per week = $20,000 in 4 weeks
• Recruit 3 Team Owner-Operators per week: $5,250 per week = $21,000 in 4 weeks
• Recruit 5 Team Owner-Operators per week: $8,750 per week = $35,000 in 4 weeks
• Earnings shown are illustrative based on successful placements completing the required 3-week period; actual earnings depend on results and payment timing
