Truck Driver Recruiter

One LLC is hiring a Truck Driver Recruiter to support a remote, 100% commission-based recruiting model for owner-operators. This role is focused on sourcing qualified owner-operators, guiding them through information submission, and referring candidates to the hiring team for verification, onboarding, and approval.

Responsibilities

• Independently find and contact owner-operators interested in joining the company.
• Generate leads through lawful recruiting channels, including social media, referrals, trucking groups, advertisements, and personal connections.
• Explain the owner-operator opportunities, compensation options, routes, and requirements.
• Collect and submit candidate information, including:
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Truck registration documents
  • Number of drivers (solo or team)
  • Preferred routes and home-time schedule
• Refer qualified candidates to the hiring team for verification, onboarding, and approval.
• Bring qualified owner-operators to the company.

Recruiter Commission and Payment Timing

• $1,000 for each owner-operator with their own truck and one driver.
• $1,750 for each team owner-operator with their own truck and two drivers.
• Payment timing: Commission is issued after the recruited owner-operator completes 3 weeks of work with the company.
• Commission cap: There is NO CAP on commissions.

How Earnings Work

Illustrative earnings are based on successful placements that complete the required 3-week period. Actual recruiter earnings depend on results and payment timing.

Requirements

• Must have your own phone.
• Ability to communicate with owner-operators.
• Ability to find and generate leads independently.
• Basic understanding of trucking and owner-operator recruitment.
• Motivation to earn based on results.
• Must own or provide your own truck.
• Owner-operators must have at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• No DUI history.
• No disqualifying accidents or major traffic violations.
• Owner-operators must meet company safety, insurance, and qualification requirements.
• Solo and team owner-operators welcome.

• Remote recruiting model and flexible schedule for recruiters.

• OTR opportunities available nationwide.
• Home-daily opportunities in select markets, including Knoxville, TN, Dallas, TX, and Detroit, MI.
• Flexible OTR schedules: stay out for 1 week, 2 weeks, or longer based on preference and available freight.
• No forced extended OTR schedule.
• 1099 independent contractor arrangements.
• Light freight with targeted loads of no more than 25,000 lbs.
• No-touch freight.
• Multiple operating options based on driver preference and route availability.
• $0.20 per gallon fuel discount at designated fuel stations.

Owner-Operator Compensation Options

• Option 1 (12% dispatch fee): Owner-operator retains 88% of gross revenue.
• Option 1 (weekly fee): $650 weekly covering trailer, administration, insurance-related services (cargo and trailer liability), and ELD.
• Option 2 (worry-free package): Owner-operator retains 80% of gross revenue.
• Option 2 (company fee): 20% company fee under the worry-free package.
