Truck Driver Recruiter

J Rose Logistics is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter to connect CDL Class A drivers with high-paying carrier opportunities nationwide. This is a remote contract role for 1099 Independent Contractors focused on sourcing, screening, and supporting candidates through onboarding while earning commission-only income.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
• Support driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
• Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.

Requirements

• No prior recruiting experience required; entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred: prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking or transportation industry (CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.
• Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.

Compensation and Position Details
