Driver Recruiter

The Driver Recruiter plays a key role in expanding and sustaining the driver fleet by recruiting and placing Owner Operators, Independent Contractors, and Company Drivers. This onsite position in Groveport, OH focuses on proactive sourcing, managing applicant flow, and maintaining communications that support recruiting and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and drive fleet growth for Owner Operators, Independent Contractors, and Company Drivers
• Lead generation and ongoing development activities
• Run inbound and outbound call campaigns, including cold calling
• Represent the company with Integrity and Professionalism
• Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting and retention goals
• Communicate with driver applicants regarding placement and application status
• Execute innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans aligned to fleet goals and objectives
• Work to improve the effectiveness of all driver placement sources
• Generate and manage application flow for the assigned area of responsibility
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Willingness to learn all DOT and CSA2010 rules and regulations related to Driver qualifications
• Ability to proactively build and maintain effective working relationships with support departments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with CRM or ATS tools (Tenstreet is a plus)
