Job Description

ID Logistics offers a dynamic, people‑focused culture with strong growth across the US. This on‑site role is based in Allentown, PA and provides on‑site HR visibility across multiple sites. As a Bilingual HR Business Partner, you will partner with site leadership to drive HR initiatives across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning in a fast paced logistics environment.

Location: Allentown, PA (onsite). Travel required: monthly to Rotterdam, NJ and Germantown, WI.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention for hourly and salaried staff across multiple sites
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety standards
Drive performance management processes, including reviews and development planning
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform solutions
Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and culture building efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to travel monthly to Rotterdam, NJ and Germantown, WI
Flexibility to support varying schedules as business needs require
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
