Job Description

A HR Business Partner based in Allentown, PA, collaborates with site leadership to drive human resources initiatives across a growing warehouse and logistics operation, covering employee relations, recruitment, performance, compliance, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals across the operation
Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs for hourly and salaried staff across multiple sites
Maintain compliance with company policies, applicable employment laws, and safety standards
Lead performance management activities, including performance reviews and development planning
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data‑driven solutions
Drive and support employee engagement and culture initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to travel monthly to Rotterdam, NJ and Germantown, WI
Flexibility to support varying schedules as business needs require
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
Willingness to travel to multiple locations across states as needed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of on‑site HR management or HR leadership with a proven track record
Experience advising operations leaders on business practices and outcomes
Strong understanding of HR practices, local and state employment laws, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Strategic thinker who can provide practical solutions to complex HR issues
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work a flexible on‑site schedule and handle after‑hours challenges
Bilingual English/Spanish
