Job Description

A HR Business Partner based in Allentown, PA, collaborates with site leadership to drive human resources initiatives across a growing warehouse and logistics operation, covering employee relations, recruitment, performance, compliance, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals across the operation
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs for hourly and salaried staff across multiple sites
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, applicable employment laws, and safety standards
  • Lead performance management activities, including performance reviews and development planning
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data‑driven solutions
  • Drive and support employee engagement and culture initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to travel monthly to Rotterdam, NJ and Germantown, WI
  • Flexibility to support varying schedules as business needs require
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations across states as needed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of on‑site HR management or HR leadership with a proven track record
  • Experience advising operations leaders on business practices and outcomes
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, local and state employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinker who can provide practical solutions to complex HR issues
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible on‑site schedule and handle after‑hours challenges
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
