Job Description
ID Logistics offers a dynamic, people‑focused culture with strong growth across the US. This on‑site role is based in Allentown, PA and provides on‑site HR visibility across multiple sites. As a Bilingual HR Business Partner, you will partner with site leadership to drive HR initiatives across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning in a fast paced logistics environment.
Location: Allentown, PA (onsite). Travel required: monthly to Rotterdam, NJ and Germantown, WI.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention for hourly and salaried staff across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety standards
- Drive performance management processes, including reviews and development planning
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform solutions
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and culture building efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to travel monthly to Rotterdam, NJ and Germantown, WI
- Flexibility to support varying schedules as business needs require
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
