Job Description

ASML is seeking an HR People Operations Advisory Representative for People Operations US to oversee Hire2Retire operational workflows and deliver HR operational advisory and administrative support. The role manages employee, manager, and HR inquiries through end-to-end case handling, supports transactions using HR portal tools, captures customer-related data, and helps maintain compliance and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from first contact through registration, escalation, and resolution in a professional and efficient manner, using a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working.
Support customers via the HR portal and related online tools to complete required HR transactions.
Provide operational advisory support and administrative services for in-scope processes.
Perform customer-related data gathering and input as required for transactions and case management.
Execute work in line with defined standards, global end-to-end processes and tooling, and applicable local compliance requirements.
Escalate cases when policy and procedure guidance or clarification is required.
Identify customer-centered improvements and participate in improvement projects that support standardization, simplification, and automation of relevant processes.
Ensure service level agreements are met and work toward maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain current knowledge and skills, and update the knowledge database as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or customer service, preferably within HR Operations.
Experience using ServiceNow.
Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong customer focus with commitment to quality, efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to understand customer needs, adapt communication style, and build cooperative working relationships with employees, managers, HR colleagues, and co-workers.
Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities, align work effectively, and meet deadlines in a changing, demanding environment.
High attention to detail, including the ability to read, interpret, and apply data, information, documents, and new skills.
Demonstrates integrity, builds trust, shows ownership, and takes accountability.

Identifies bottlenecks, drives improvements, and follows assignments through with minimal supervision.

Work Location and Schedule Notes

This role is located on-site in Chandler, AZ. The position requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings to support teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. A flexible workplace arrangement may be available for employees in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week). Travel may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum five years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee matters.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Solid knowledge of US employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong conflict resolution abilities.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decisions.
Proficiency in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Occasional travel within the US is required, approximately 10-20% of the time.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
