Job Description

LotusWorks seeks an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our onsite team in Chandler, AZ, advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change management as part of a global HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Work with leadership to assess workforce planning, talent development, and succession needs.
  • Spot opportunities for organizational improvement and lead initiatives to boost engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Guide change management efforts to support growth and transformation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct fair, thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring policy and legal compliance.
  • Offer coaching to managers on communication, leadership, and engagement strategies.
  • Support performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback cycles.
  • Deliver training and resources to managers to promote consistent, fair performance practices.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
  • Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee matters.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid knowledge of US employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong conflict resolution abilities.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decisions.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and talent management strategies.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Occasional travel within the US is required, approximately 10-20% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
