Job Description

AAA USA Inc. seeks a skilled Recruiter to source, qualify, and place technical professionals for internal roles and for AAA USA's clients. The role emphasizes building client relationships, guiding candidates through the recruitment journey, and aligning technical capabilities with hiring needs. This onsite position in Mobile, Alabama reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources and offers a salary range of USD 58,000 - 65,000 per year. Relocation to Mobile is required.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to define technical hiring needs, including required skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Identify and attract candidates through multiple channels: online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical capabilities, experience, and alignment with client requirements.
Review resumes, portfolios, and supporting documents to evaluate technical expertise against job descriptions.
Develop and maintain a network of technical professionals to proactively source potential candidates.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, clear communication with candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS or other recruitment databases.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to broaden the talent pool.

Requirements

Three or more years in recruiting, corporate, or staffing roles preferred.
Travel is expected.
Experience recruiting passive candidates in aerospace, automotive, engineering, and light industrial sectors preferred.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Sales oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
