Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing through offer, including screening, interview support, and final selection
• Serve as the main recruiting partner and trusted advisor to designated business leaders, guiding candidate evaluation, interviewing practices, and hiring decisions
• Facilitate in depth strategy discussions to align role specifications and establish hiring timelines
• Provide data driven insights to hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, candidate motivations, and competitive pay packages
• Monitor and report core recruiting metrics as requested by Talent Acquisition and business leadership
• Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines via sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
• Assess candidates for technical proficiency, alignment with NG values, and mission fit
• Ensure data integrity in line with established processes and procedures
• Collaborate across functions to provide a smooth, engaging candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Located near Aeronautics sector sites in El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; Clearfield, UT; Oklahoma City, OK; or Melbourne, FL
• Minimum ability to travel up to 20%
