Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing through offer, including screening, interview support, and final selection
- Serve as the main recruiting partner and trusted advisor to designated business leaders, guiding candidate evaluation, interviewing practices, and hiring decisions
- Facilitate in depth strategy discussions to align role specifications and establish hiring timelines
- Provide data driven insights to hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, candidate motivations, and competitive pay packages
- Monitor and report core recruiting metrics as requested by Talent Acquisition and business leadership
- Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines via sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
- Assess candidates for technical proficiency, alignment with NG values, and mission fit
- Ensure data integrity in line with established processes and procedures
- Collaborate across functions to provide a smooth, engaging candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Located near Aeronautics sector sites in El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; Clearfield, UT; Oklahoma City, OK; or Melbourne, FL
- Minimum ability to travel up to 20%
