On-Site Bilingual Recruiter

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter for a client location in Irving, TX. This full-time role supports recruiting and employee operations on-site, partnering closely with the Lead On-Site Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring, candidate communication, onboarding support, and daily staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.
• Collaborate with the on-site team to support daily recruiting and staffing requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate onboarding and employee follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records.
• Assist with on-site employee concerns and daily workforce needs.
• Support high-volume recruiting initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Light industrial staffing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent phone and basic computer skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and team members.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time; flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
