Bilingual Recruiter

Bilingual Recruiter role focused on high-volume warehouse recruiting with weekend flexibility, requiring Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to support timely staffing.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events to attract strong talent pools.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure openings are filled promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Weekend Flexibility: Maintain availability to work weekends as needed to support hiring events or urgent recruiting needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Availability to work weekends and adjust schedules as needed based on business demands.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
