You will lead full life cycle recruiting for business professional roles, screen candidates, present top talent to managers, and creatively source candidates through multiple channels, all while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to shape and execute comprehensive recruiting plans.
- Develop role-specific sourcing approaches aligned to requirements.
- Design proactive and passive candidate sourcing methods, leveraging social media, databases, direct outreach, and other creative techniques to locate qualified talent.
- Engage with hiring managers to capture role specifics and expectations.
- Create compelling job postings and promote them on internal and external channels.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of job requisitions from opening to closing.
- Screen resumes, evaluate video interviews, administer assessments, and assess knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude; provide hire recommendations.
- Generate and distribute offer letters to selected candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to craft and negotiate offers for chosen candidates.
- Handle scenarios where candidates decline or offers are rescinded.
- Solicit feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to support successful hires.
- Support recruitment related social media outreach efforts.
- Communicate key employment details, including compensation and benefits, during offer delivery.
- Manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Perform recruitment administration, including data entry, tracking, referral payouts, and audits.
- Coordinate with HR to align on new hires and recruiting activity as needed.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the recruiting brand by delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Attend meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders to review candidate feedback and progress.
- Help develop, monitor, and administer the recruiting budget and resource allocation.
- Evaluate outcomes against recruiting investments to gauge program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement or resource shifts.
- Participate in staff meetings and other assigned duties.
