Bilingual Recruiter

Reliance Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support light industrial staffing needs in Plano, TX. This onsite role focuses on finding and screening multilingual candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and clients, and helping ensure staffing plans stay on track.

You will manage multiple steps in the recruiting process, from sourcing through onboarding, with special attention to candidates’ English and Spanish language proficiency when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and upcoming workforce needs
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and local recruiting events
• Post job ads on career sites and relevant social media channels
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate fit for light industrial assignments
• Administer and evaluate oral and written language proficiency when needed
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, and onboarding for new hires
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and managers on staffing progress and upcoming orders

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (required)
• 1+ year of staffing industry experience (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with written and verbal fluency required
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and candidate sourcing tools
• Ability to succeed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Team-oriented while also able to work independently when necessary
