Bilingual Recruiter

The Bilingual Recruiter role at Just in Time Staffing focuses on expanding candidate outreach through English and Spanish fluency while supporting a diverse, inclusive hiring experience. You will coordinate hiring needs with managers and oversee recruiting activities from sourcing through employee orientation.

Location and Employment Details

• Work location: Bedford, OH (onsite)
• Job type: Full-time
• Compensation: USD 23 to 28 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Drive proactive talent acquisition by sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including social media management and networking events.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and develop recruitment approaches tailored to each role.
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, and iCIMS to support workflow and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to employee orientation, ensuring a consistent candidate experience.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and support engagement through each stage of the hiring process.
• Stay current on employment and labor law requirements to support compliance during recruitment activities.
• Participate in campus recruitment efforts to attract emerging talent.

Required Qualifications

• Language skills: Exceptional communication ability in both English and another language.
• Recruiting experience: Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and talent management practices.
• Experience working with HRIS systems such as Paychex or Kronos to manage employee data.
• Knowledge of contracts, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills with an emphasis on relationship management.
