Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

Hamaspik Care is hiring a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY to support high-volume, front-facing recruiting for caregiving roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with walk-in applicants, providing professional, knowledgeable support
• Manage a high volume of calls and recruiting inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate high-volume recruitment for caregiving positions
• Monitor and manage Indeed recruitment ads to help maintain a consistent applicant flow
• Schedule candidates for pre-screening interviews
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with a focus on a positive candidate experience
• Provide translation support to ensure clear communication and understanding
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across HR records
• Cover for coworkers when needed and support team coverage
• Support the HR team with additional tasks as required

Requirements

• Bilingual: Russian or Mandarin/Cantonese
• 1 year of previous customer service experience (required)
• HR or recruiting experience preferred
• Proactive problem-solving skills with strong critical thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to resolve issues while following established policies and procedures
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience working with HR systems, or ability to learn quickly
• Strong understanding of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance
• Dependable, flexible, and collaborative team approach
• Willingness to cover for coworkers and assist with translation support as needed
• Interest in HR and recruiting with a commitment to supportive experiences at every point of contact
• Enjoys helping others and acting as a reliable, trusted resource
