Clinical Research Recruiter

Sleep Management Institute is hiring a Clinical Research Recruiter in Cincinnati, OH to identify and enroll eligible participants using chart review, outreach, and coordination with study teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review charts and analyze medical records to find potential study participants.
• Place phone calls to potential and ongoing participants to explain study opportunities and confirm eligibility.
• Partner with study coordinators to understand protocols, study criteria, and enrollment goals.
• Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate, complete documentation of efforts.
• Deliver patient-focused interactions that support trust, engagement, and professional communication.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Medical/Research setting is required.
• Comfortable communicating directly with patients and engaging in meaningful conversations.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to varying study protocols and criteria.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational habits and data management skills.
• Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset with a focus on patient care.

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $19.00 - $26.25 (USD 19 - 26 per hourly)
