Recruiter

Northwest Respiratory Services LLC is seeking a Recruiter to lead the full candidate lifecycle from role posting through onboarding, with a focus on compliance and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish job postings for all open roles
• Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and applications and conducting phone screens
• Own the offer stage, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms
• Manage onboarding and coordinate the new hire process
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices
• Facilitate end-to-end interviewing, selection, and closing processes
• Ensure screening, hiring, and selection activities follow employment laws and regulations
• Conduct reference checks as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred), with a minimum of 2 years
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to build effective, cooperative working relationships based on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfort working independently and making decisions
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

Location: Eagan, MN (onsite) | Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 per year
