Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner (University Recruiting)
Job Description
The Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on designing, executing, and refining programs that attract, develop, and retain interns and new graduates. This onsite role in Irvine, CA, offers a salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain partnerships with colleges, universities, and career centers to advance the TP-Link Systems employer brand and career opportunities.
- Plan and execute campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and on-campus interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine entry-level and internship hiring needs.
- Design and manage the internship program to ensure a structured, high-impact experience.
- Facilitate onboarding of interns and new graduates for a smooth integration into the organization.
- Organize training, mentorship, and networking opportunities for interns and early career staff.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with target universities, student organizations, and faculty members.
- Create marketing materials and campaigns aimed at early talent audiences.
- Represent TP-Link Systems at recruiting events, diversity conferences, and university engagements.
- Partner with Learning and Development to create development tracks for early career employees focusing on professional skills, technical knowledge, and leadership potential.
- Monitor learning outcomes and engagement to drive continuous program improvements.
- Support rotational and onboarding programs that integrate new graduates into various teams.
- Gather feedback from interns, hiring managers, and new graduates to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Track metrics and reporting on program performance, conversion rates, and retention.
- Recommend improvements based on industry best practices and internal data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience building and driving college recruiting partnerships and opportunities within tech and business colleges and universities.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating university engagement programs.
- Experience presenting strategy to leadership teams.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (for example, Workday Learning, TalentLMS, SuccessFactors or similar).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
