Entry Level Staffing Consultant - Healthcare Recruiter

Ro Health is seeking an entry-level Staffing Consultant and Healthcare Recruiter to support hiring needs throughout the Pacific Northwest. Based in Ballard, WA, this role is onsite and focuses on connecting healthcare providers with client facilities while building recruiter-led pipelines, candidate screening flow, and provider relationships.

Working within Ro Health’s healthcare staffing environment, you will help drive the full placement cycle, from outreach and interviews to onboarding support and wage discussions. You will also contribute to go-to-market activity, including marketing plan execution and networking through industry organizations.

Role Overview

• Facilitate the staffing and placement process between healthcare providers and client facilities in the Pacific Northwest
• Develop and manage relationships with Client Organizations and a pool of healthcare providers
• Interview and screen candidates for placement
• Assist in facilitating the onboarding process with candidates
• Strategize, develop, and execute a marketing plan
• Negotiate wages with prospective candidates
• Network with trade associations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (new grads encouraged to apply)

Compensation and Location

• Salary: USD 62,000 per year (from $62,000.00 per year)
• Location: Ballard, WA (onsite, in person)
