Responsibilities
- Recruit healthcare providers for hospital, clinic, and school partners
- Place a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Source qualified candidates using the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals
- Screen and interview healthcare candidates
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the full hiring process
- Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years sales or recruiting experience
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Ability to set goals and surpass targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
Pay
- $41,600 - $44,000 per year base pay
- Plus commissions
