Healthcare Recruiter / Credentialer

Express Healthcare Staffing Hawaii is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter / Credentialer to support hiring needs in Honolulu by sourcing candidates and guiding them through onboarding and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and engage qualified healthcare professionals for current and anticipated openings
• Evaluate healthcare experience, qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and overall job fit
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines with timely follow-up
• Guide healthcare professionals through onboarding and credentialing steps
• Collect, maintain, and track required clinical and employment documentation
• Verify records are accurate and ensure candidates meet requirements before they are start-ready
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates
• Move candidates efficiently from recruiting through credential completion
• Develop compliant, start-ready healthcare professionals

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare staffing, credentialing, recruiting, healthcare administration, or related experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and follow-through
• Ability to conduct consistent candidate outreach while managing time-sensitive documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion when handling confidential information

Compensation & Schedule

• $23 per hour (USD 23/hour)
• Plus commission: compensation base + commission
• Paid weekly + monthly commission
• Full-time
• Monday-Friday schedule
