Job Description
This on-site High Volume Recruiter role supports Resort & Casino in Spokane, WA, delivering full-cycle recruitment within a 24/7, regulated environment. The position emphasizes high-volume hiring with careful process adherence and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including job postings, applicant review, structured pre-screen interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation and processing, onboarding, and timely communication regarding non-selection.
- Independently handle multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting.
- Maintain accurate applicant records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate pre-employment steps such as transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and gaming license referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to sustain hiring momentum while ensuring process consistency and compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants, communicating professionally by phone, email, and in person.
Requirements
- College degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Communications, or a directly related field.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience with independent responsibility for full-cycle recruiting; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience administering an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record supporting high-volume recruiting workflows.
- Experience recruiting in hospitality, casino, or other high-volume environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Airway Heights, WA, and support a 24/7 operation.
