HR Specialist - Recruiter

What You’ll Do

The HR Specialist - Recruiter owns the recruiting lifecycle and helps keep our HR systems running smoothly. Your work will start with sourcing and candidate engagement, continue through interviews and offer coordination, and extend into onboarding support.

• Source exceptional candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Run the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and extending offers.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies that drive results.
• Create a positive candidate experience that keeps applicants informed and valued.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and help improve the hiring process over time.
• Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to help new team members get started successfully.
• Keep the ATS and HR systems organized, accurate, and up to date.

What You Bring

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys relationship-building and can manage multiple openings at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Comfort speaking with people and building relationships.
• Ability to balance multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
• Understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented work style.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative approaches to talent attraction.

Compensation: $23 - $23 per hour. Location: Cincinnati, OH (onsite).
