Insperity Support Services, L.P. seeks a Human Resource Specialist to deliver customized HR service solutions and enhance performance management onsite in Glendale, CA.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of client accounts, driving client success and growth through HR solutions.
- Partner with client leadership and key decision makers to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Advise client management on HR issues, propose innovative HR approaches, and provide guidance when appropriate.
- Proactively assess HR needs and collaborate with client leaders to plan strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 5 years of human resources experience.
