Job Description

The Washington State Patrol’s Human Resource Division is seeking a senior-level Human Resource Consultant to serve as an EEO/HR Investigator. In this onsite Olympia role, you will independently lead highly sensitive, trauma-informed workplace investigations and provide strategic HR consultation to support a respectful, legally compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Social Sciences, or a closely related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for education.
Three years of professional-level HR experience, including conducting workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or misconduct.
