Recruitment and hiring support: Assist leadership with associate recruitment and hiring
Staffing and development: Help with staffing and associate development needs
Workforce planning: Support succession planning
Scheduling and attendance: Assist with scheduling and attendance-related needs
Performance support: Help address associate performance needs
HR issue analysis: Identify and analyze HR (Human Resources) related issues
Program execution guidance: Provide guidance on executing company HR programs and initiatives

Hourly wage: USD 20 - 33 per hour
Location wage compliance: The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location
Incentives: Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
Premiums (where applicable): Premiums may be paid in specific circumstances ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour
