Job Description

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advocate change management initiatives and continuously refine HR processes.
- Track HR metrics, identify trends, and propose practical solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees on policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
- Handle complex employee relations matters and investigations with professionalism and discretion.
- Foster a constructive work environment that reinforces the company’s values and culture.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and keep top talent.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
- Lead performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assess training outcomes and recommend improvements to programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to employment practices.
- Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and compliance.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects aimed at boosting engagement, effectiveness, and process efficiency.
- Support the development and rollout of HR policies and procedures.
- Support compensation and benefits initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment; 5+ years preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Bilingual ability is highly desired (Spanish or Vietnamese).
- Experience with HRIS platforms, with Workday preferred.
- Proven capability to resolve complex problems by applying business and HR knowledge.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with a sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and professional grammar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software platforms.
