The Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a full-time assignment based onsite in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, alignment with organizational goals, and adherence to HR best practices.
- Acts as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting a positive, productive workplace culture and delivering high-quality employee services.
- Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, reference and background checks, offer preparation, compensation negotiations, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Works closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Monitors recruitment performance metrics.
- Promotes equal employment opportunity practices.
