Human Resources Coordinator

Sound Credit Union is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Tacoma, WA to support employee experience, HR operations, and workforce planning with accurate data and strong compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create workforce analytics, reporting, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
• Maintain HR compliance through records management, audits, vendor governance, job description administration, and regulatory reporting.
• Improve employee experience and HR operations using data management, process improvements, automation, and employee recognition programs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Human Resources experience required, including HRIS, people analytics/reporting, and/or employment law, policy, or HR process support.
• Combination of HR work experience and education may satisfy the experience requirement.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship is not available to secure or maintain employment authorization.

Compensation

• Target salary range: $26.15 – $32.69 (depending on previous experience and education).
• Full salary range: $26.15 – $39.23.

Schedule and Location

• Location: Tacoma, WA (hybrid).
• Hybrid schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Role includes combining in-person and remote work.
