Human Resources Coordinator I/II
Job Description
On-site HR Coordinator I/II role in Fort Worth, TX, supporting People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Organize and preserve precise employee records within personnel files, ensuring completeness and adherence to recordkeeping standards.
- Input and update data in the HRIS, maintaining data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support HR audit readiness and ongoing recordkeeping, including file reviews and reconciliation of documents.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and pre-onboarding activities for new hires, covering required paperwork, system access setup, and first-day readiness.
- Support offboarding processes, including separation documentation and coordinating the termination of equipment and system access.
- Schedule and facilitate HR meetings and touchpoints, such as onboarding sessions, exit discussions, and cross-functional coordination calls.
- Offer general administrative support to People Operations, drafting communications, maintaining shared resources, and handling routine inquiries.
- Track outstanding HR tasks and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Support People Operations initiatives and projects by providing coordination and logistical assistance as required.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and common office tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements for Texas and California.
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate records while handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity; highly trustworthy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

Compensation
- Level I - $22/hour - $25/hour (1 or less years exp)
- Level II - $25/hour - $27/hour (2-3+ years experience)
