Job Description

Circuitronix, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator / Recruiter to support core HR operations at the company’s Fort Lauderdale, FL location. This onsite role focuses on day-to-day administrative HR responsibilities while also contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and employee recordkeeping.

Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, the coordinator/recruiter will help maintain accurate systems and documentation, support safety and performance-related activities, and assist with employee engagement and communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly wellness reports.
  • Assist with preparing, validating, and reconciling payroll.
  • Support the performance evaluation process.
  • Help review and update safety procedures, SOPs, safety manuals, and conduct safety walks.
  • Provide customer service to employees by responding to requests and questions.
  • Maintain Human Resources Information System records, including uploading employee documents to electronic files.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with recruitment activities.
  • Track candidate status in HRIS and send follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
  • Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, including event support.
  • When required, purchase items needed for company activities in accordance with company processes.
  • Ensure employee lunchrooms have appropriate supplies daily.
  • Report daily attendance.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and make purchases upon approval.
  • Support onboarding, new employee orientation, and offboarding.
  • Send communications to global teams covering items such as holidays, new hires, and events.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Degree in Human Resources preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience.
  • Ability to meet all ITAR compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of human resources functions including employee benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, legal compliance, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR information systems and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Detail oriented with strong presentation and oral and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, initiative-taking individuals with serious work ethics.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with OSHA and other safety standards.
