Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
Vuteq USA Onsite is seeking a second-shift Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at our Madison, Alabama site. This role serves as a resource for employees and leadership, assisting with employee relations, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HR administration. The position offers a salary range of USD 44,000 to 50,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for employees on policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR inquiries.
- Manage documentation for employee relations matters, including complaints, investigations, and corrective actions, under the direction of the HR Manager or HR Specialist.
- Aid onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation, and supporting initial training activities.
- Promote employee engagement through roundtables, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HR documentation, and timekeeping in line with company policies.
- Draft and distribute HR communications, reports, and documentation as required.
- Support HR programs and initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and department projects.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed.
- Carry out other duties as assigned to support HR operations and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a Human Resources, HR Generalist, or HR administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data organization), Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems is a plus.

Working Conditions
